The Sunset Amphitheater OKC will be a state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater located in Oklahoma City, with a total capacity of 12,500, comprised of 6 VIP 10-person luxury fire pit suites, 58 VIP 8-person luxury fire pit suites, 138 VIP 4-person luxury fire pit suites, and an Owner’s Club Suite with lifetime ticket access for 156 memberships.
The amphitheater also includes upper and lower bowl seating, a general admission lawn, and 10 ultra suites. All luxury fire pit suite feature a natural gas-powered fire pit and fully configurable seats with abundant room for food & beverage to make an exceptional and private environment to take in a show. To elevate the experience even further, all suites will include high-touch food & beverage service before and during the show. The Sunset Amphitheater OKC will be the most luxurious and hospitality-focused music venue in Oklahoma City.

INVESTOR QUALIFICATIONS
There are 202 luxury suites available for lifetime ownership investment in The Sunset Amphitheater OKC. Now is your chance to be a part of a solid, real estate anchored investment and diversify your portfolio. All 8-person luxury fire pit suites can be secured with a $200,000 non-refundable down payment and 4-person luxury suites can be secured with a $100,000 non-refundable down payment. The remaining balance is due 30-days before the amphitheater’s opening concert.
Notes Live is seeking qualified investors that enjoy outstanding live music accompanied by great food and beverage. Participants must have income in excess of $200,000 individually or $300,000 income as a couple in each of the prior two years, or a net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding your primary residence).
