JW ROTH

FOUNDER & CEO

JW Roth, a fifth-generation Colorado native, is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Notes Live. Mr. Roth has been with the Company since its inception in March 2017 in his current role of Founder and CEO. Mr. Roth became Chairman of the Board upon the Board’s inception on April 5, 2021. Mr. Roth is also the Founder and Chairman of Roth Industries, LLC, an 85-ton per week prepared foods plant located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Roth is the sole manager and 50 percent shareholder of Centennial Standard Real Estate Company and co-manager of Touch 4 Partners, LLC, a venture capital investment fund. With more than 30 years of private and public company experience, Mr. Roth has been actively involved in helping take several companies public, including Aspen Bio, Inc. And Where Food Comes From, Inc. Mr. Roth has been featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and more than 50 business journals throughout the United States. He’s made multiple appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and was named to the Venues Now 2022 All-Stars List.

ROBERT MUDD

PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Robert Mudd is the President & Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Advisory Board of Notes Live. Mr. Mudd was a Director of the Company from April 5, 2021, until March 13, 2023, and formerly served as the COO and President from June 1, 2021 until January 3, 2023. Mr. Mudd has over 30 years of business and management experience and has served in a number of executive roles, ranging from COO, CFO to CEO. His first 15 years were spent in the technology and telecommunications industry where he was President of Correctional Billing Services, Executive Vice President of Operations at Securus Technologies, COO of Evercom Systems and COO of TDM, Inc. He has served most recently as President of Adventures in Missions. He holds six patents in the technology and telecommunications industry and led business with over $300 million in full P&L responsibility. He has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Louisville.

HEATHER ATKINSON

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Heather Atkinson is the CFO and Secretary and Treasurer of Notes Live since its inception in March 2017. She began serving as a Director of the Company on April 5, 2021. She also serves as Director and Treasurer of Roth Industries, LLC. In addition to Mrs. Atkinson’s role with Notes Live and Roth Industries, she serves as the treasurer to Hospitality Income and Asset, LLC and 13141 BP, LLC, the entities which are the landlords to BBST, BBP, and Notes. Prior to joining Notes Live and Roth Industries, LLC, Ms. Atkinson was the Controller, Secretary and Treasurer of Accredited Members Acquisition Corporation and subsidiaries and its predecessor, Accredited Members Holding Corporation. Ms. Atkinson has over 20 years of accounting, finance, and financial reporting experience in both public and private companies including consolidations, shareholder relations, SEC reporting, internal and external financial statement reporting, budgeting, cash forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring and international accounting while working closely with the outside audit and legal firms. She is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Evangel University.

WADE BEAVERS

PRESIDENT OF NOTES LIVE DEVELOPMENT

Wade Beavers, the President of Notes Live Development, has over 30 years’ experience in real estate law, development and finance, including roles as CEO, General Counsel and COO.  Wade joined Notes Live in 2024 following 15 years as the founding partner of Capital Law & Advisory Partners, a national real estate consultancy, where he represented multiple NYSE companies and served as Special Counsel to a regional real estate bank.  He holds a bachelor of science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and MBA and JD degrees from the University of Georgia.

GARY TEDDER

SR VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
& INVESTOR RELATIONS

Gary Tedder is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations of Notes Live and a member of its Advisory Board of Directors. Mr. Tedder served as Director of the Company from May 2021 until March 2023. Companies that Mr. Tedder has been involved with have raised over $200,000,000 in debt and equity financings. Mr. Tedder helped develop the Notes Live platform with JW Roth, including the Bourbon Brothers brand and Boot Barn Hall. His entertainment career launched in 1971, when he toured internationally with a faith-based band, performing as a soloist/vocalist, and cowriting three albums. A veteran of over 150 national TV shows, he shared the stage with industry greats like Johnny Cash, Roy Clark, Kathie Lee, Pat Boone, Jerry Lewis, and countless luminaries popular to the culture. He subsequently performed with iconic classic rock stars from Kansas, Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Mr. Mister, Chicago, and numerous others. Gary’s son, Ryan Tedder, multi-Grammy winner, is one of the most successful writer/producers in music history and is front man/writer/founder of the world-renowned band One Republic.

BROCK MATTHEWS

SR VP OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
& PARTNERSHIPS

Brock Matthews is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnerships of Notes Live, Inc. since March 1, 2022. Mr. Matthews has a unique background with 25 years of strategic partnerships, business and product development, marketing, and management experience. His diverse business background has included working with or for the Denver Nuggets & Colorado Avalanche, Vail Resorts, Northwest Group/Sports Entertainment & Lifestyle Licensing, Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and Lori Greiner from ABC’s hit television show Shark Tank & QVC. Mr. Matthews has worked with executives and upper management teams from major national brands such as Chevrolet, Subaru, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels, Miller-Coors, Boot Barn, Inc., AEG Presents, NFL, Hasbro, and others. He has a proven track record of building relationships and promoting synergy within business, functioning as a top liaison with executives, business managers and employees, and is respected as a reliable, well-rounded professional with high integrity and a widely diverse business background.

CLINT ROTH

VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Clint Roth is Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations for Notes Live. Mr. Roth has spent the last 22 years providing sales and executive leadership to several successful medical imaging companies. As co-founder of Sound Technologies, the current global leader in Veterinary digital X-ray and Ultrasound solutions, Mr. Roth was a key player in their worldwide success. Clint provided sales leadership at Sound Technologies from its founding until its successful acquisition by Veterinary Centers of America in 2004.   Subsequent to the acquisition of Sound Technologies, Mr. Roth played an integral role in the founding of the Cuattro Veterinary companies (US and Worldwide providers of digital X-ray technologies to the veterinary marketplace).  Furthermore, Roth provided senior sales leadership at Cuattro Veterinary until the acquisition of Cuattro Veterinary USA by Heska Corporation (2013) and Cuattro Veterinary International in 2015. Most recently, Mr. Roth served as the President of Cuattro Medical (a leading provider of digital X-ray solutions in human healthcare) from 2012 to 2023.  Clint completed his degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the Colorado State School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993.

ROD LIPPINCOTT

VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Rod Lippincott represents Notes Live as Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations and holds over 25 years of business development experience. Mr. Lippincott held the position of Executive Vice President, Companion Animal Health Sales at Heska Corporation from 2013 to 2020. From 2011 to 2013, he was employed by Cuattro, LLC as Vice President, Sales – U.S. Veterinary and worked exclusively on behalf of Cuattro Veterinary USA, LLC until its acquisition by Heska Corporation in 2013. Lippincott held various positions including Sales Director for Sound Technologies, Inc., a unit of VCA Antech, Inc., from 2007 to 2011. Prior to entering the animal health market, Mr. Lippincott spent over a decade employed by Smith Micro Software, Inc. and held positions including U.S. and International Sales Manager and Director of Marketing. Mr. Lippincott attended Saddleback College and completed the Executive Education Marketing Management Program at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

CHAD REYNOLDS

VP OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS

Chad Reynolds, VP of Restaurant Operations is a California native who brings 15 years of strong corporate restaurant management and leadership experience to the Notes Live team. Three of those years were spent overseeing Notes Live properties Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Boot Barn Hall, and Notes Social Bar.

Prior to Notes Live, Chad’s demonstrated industry experience includes managing popular chain restaurants such as Outback Steakhouse and Old Chicago. Chad is mission driven, has a passion for developing teams, and takes pride in delivering world class hospitality.

JULIA MAGUIRE

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Julia Maguire, Director of Business Development and Investor Relations, manages the sales efforts of the Notes Live Business Development Team. Before joining Notes Live, she worked in the sports media industry for 10 years. Most recently, she served as the Sports Director at FOX21 in Colorado Springs where she covered Denver professional sports, Air Force athletics, and other local teams and athletes. Ms. Maguire also spent time working in game-day operations for the Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate as well as the Brown University Athletic Department. She attended the University of Rhode Island and has a degree in Communications.

CHLOE HOEFT

VP OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Chloe Hoeft is Vice President of Marketing & Communications. Hoeft is a passionate communicator, with a demonstrated history of enthusiasm for storytelling, and building strong relationships. Hoeft has been in the entertainment industry for 8 years including working for organizations such as Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA), Minnesota Twins Triple-A affiliate, and Saint Cloud Rox Baseball Club. Named 2023 Rising Star by Colorado Springs Business Journal, she holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Saint Cloud State University and an anticipated Master of Arts from the University of Denver in Public Relations.
