JW Roth

Founder and Chairman

JW Roth, a fifth-generation Colorado native, is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Notes Live, Inc. Mr. Roth is also the Founder and Chairman of Roth Industries, LLC, an 85-ton per week prepared foods plant located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Roth is the sole manager and 50 percent shareholder of Centennial Standard Real Estate Company and co-manager of Touch 4 Partners, LLC, a venture capital investment fund. With more than 30 years of private and public company experience, Mr. Roth has led the process of raising in excess of $750 million and the taking of several companies public, including Aspen Bio, Inc. and Where Food Comes From, Inc. Mr. Roth has been featured in such publications as the Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and more than 50 business journals throughout the United States. He’s made multiple appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and was named to the VenuesNow 2022 All-Stars List. Roth’s Sunset Amphitheater collection was also named to Billboard Magazine’s 29 New and Renovated Venues to Watch in 2022.

Robert Mudd

Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development

Robert Mudd is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development for Notes Live. Mr. Mudd has over 30 years of business and management experience and has served in a number of executive roles, ranging from COO, CFO to CEO. His first 15 years were spent in the technology and telecommunications industry where he was President of Correctional Billing Services, Executive Vice President of Operations at Securus Technologies, COO of Evercom Systems and COO of TDM, Inc. He has served most recently as President of Adventures in Missions. He holds six patents in the technology and telecommunications industry and led business units with over $300 million in full P&L responsibility. He has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Louisville.

Heather Atkinson is the CFO of Notes Live, Inc. and also serves as the Treasurer and CFO of Roth Industries, LLC, which is the majority owner of Bourbon Brothers Meats, LLC and Buttermilk Retail Products, LLC. In addition to Mrs. Atkinson’s role with BBE and Roth Industries, she serves as the treasurer to Hospitality Income and Asset, LLC and 13141 BP, LLC, the entities which are the landlords to BBST, BBP, and BN. Prior to joining Notes Live, Inc. and Roth Industries, LLC, Ms. Atkinson was the Controller, Secretary and Treasurer of Accredited Members Acquisition Corporation and subsidiaries and its predecessor, Accredited Members Holding Corporation. Ms. Atkinson has over 15 years of accounting, finance and financial reporting experience in both public and private companies including consolidations, shareholder relations, SEC reporting, internal and external financial statement reporting, budgeting, cash forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and international accounting while working closely with the outside audit and legal firms. She is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Evangel University.

Co-Founder

Mitchell Roth is a Co-Founder of Notes Live and sits on its Board of Directors. Mr. Mitchell Roth is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Roth Industries, a state-of-the-art prepared foods manufacturer and CPG company based in Colorado Springs with distribution in more than 8,000 retail supermarkets nationwide including Walmart, Kroger, and others. Roth Industries is the majority owner of Bourbon Brothers Meats, LLC and Buttermilk Retail Products, LLC, each being joint ventures between Roth Industries and Notes Live. Lastly, Mr. Roth is a 50% owner of Centennial Standard Real Estate Company. Prior to co-founding Notes Live, Inc. and Roth Industries, LLC, Mitchell worked in an operational and advisory capacity within various companies owned or invested in by the Roth family. Previously, Mr. Mitchell Roth worked at the investment-banking firm Laidlaw and Company, Ltd. in New York City. Mr. Roth received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and Economics from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

VP of Business Development

Gary Tedder is VP of Business Development and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Companies Mr. Tedder has been involved with have raised over $100,000,000 in debt and equity financings. His relationship to the entertainment industry extends back to the early 70s, when he toured internationally with a faith-based group, performing as a soloist/vocalist, and cowriting three albums. A veteran of over 150 national tv shows, he shared the stage with industry greats like Roy Clark, Kathie Lee, Doc Severinsen, Pat Boone, Jerry Lewis, Charlie Pride, and countless luminaries popular to the culture. Mr. Tedder helped develop the Notes Live platform with visionary JW Roth, including the Bourbon Brothers brand, and Boot Barn Hall. Gary has performed with numerous iconic front men of the Classic Rock era, including Bill Champlin of Chicago; John Elefante, formerly of Kansas; Kevin Chalfant, sang with The Storm and Journey; Randall Hall, ex Lynyrd Skynyrd; Richard Page of Mr. Mister; Mickey Thomas of Starship; Gary Wright of Dream Weaver; Billy Dean, Classic Country star; Wally Palmar of The Romantics; Jim Peterik of Survivor; Bobby Kimball of Toto. Gary’s son, Ryan Tedder, multi-Grammy winner, is one of the most successful writer/producers in music history, and is front man/writer/founder of the world-renowned band, One Republic.

Steve Cominsky

Steve Cominsky serves on the Board of Directors of Notes Live, Inc. Mr. Cominsky is the Founder and Owner of a boutique consulting and development firm located in Littleton, CO, CC Management & Development, which he founded in 2013. He and his teams have been an integral part of launching multiple Colorado Restaurant and Entertainment Center Concepts since the fall of 2013. CC Management has also worked with over a dozen existing and startup concepts in the Denver market over the past 10 years on everything from concept vision and development to re-branding and operations oversight. Mr. Cominsky is also the Founder & Manager of the Social Bar & Lounge, an upscale suburban bar and cocktail lounge concept positioned for immediate growth in suburban Colorado markets. With over 30 years of experience in food, beverage, and hospitality operations and management, Steve Cominsky has an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record for driving exceptional business development and growth in a high volume, fast-paced, and ever-changing food, beverage, and hospitality environment.  

Vince Giordano

VP of business development

Vince Giordano is VP of Business Development and has spent the last 25 years as a successful sales leader. He has also been an active contributor closing complex sales for large institutions from Stanford University, Disney, and Ochsner Hospital System in New Orleans to large government agencies. Most recently, Vince served as Vice President of Global Sales for Hog Technologies, a large equipment manufacturer with products in 57 countries around the world. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Field Sales at NuCO2, where he led a national team of 100 Territory Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Directors in sales efforts to the restaurant, C-store, and grocery store spaces. Vince has been recognized with numerous awards included five straight President Club awards at NuCO2 as both a Territory Sales Representative and a Regional Sales Director. Finally, Vince earned his eMBA last year from Quantic School of Business and Technology and holds many professional certifications. He has a Certificate in Post-Crisis Leadership and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Julia Maguire

Director of Business Development

Julia Maguire is Director of Business Development. Before Notes Live, Julia worked in the sports media industry for 10 years. Most recently, she served as the Sports Director for FOX21 in Colorado Springs where she covered Denver pro sports, Air Force athletics, and other local teams and athletes. Julia also spent time working in game-day operations for the Boston Red Sox Triple-A affiliate as well as the Brown University Athletic Department. Julia attended the University of Rhode Island and has a degree in Communications.

Chloe Hoeft

Director Public Relations & Communications

Chloe Hoeft is the Director of Public Relations & Communications. Miss Hoeft is a passionate communicator, with a demonstrated history of enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Saint Cloud State University and an anticipated Masters of Arts from the University of Denver. Previous industry experience includes time with Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association and various Minor League Baseball Associations.

Brock Matthews

Senior VP of Corporate Development & Partnerships

Brock Matthews is the Senior VP of Corporate Development & Partnerships of Notes Live, Inc. Mr. Matthews has a unique background with 25 years of strategic partnerships, business and product development, marketing, and management experience. His diverse business background has included working with or for the Denver Nuggets & Colorado Avalanche, Vail Resorts, Northwest Group/Sports Entertainment & Lifestyle Licensing, Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and Lori Greiner from ABC’s hit television show Shark Tank & QVC. Mr. Matthews has worked with executives and upper management teams from major national brands such as: Boot Barn, Inc, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), National Football League (NFL), Hasbro, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels, Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts International, Miller-Coors, Budweiser, Chevrolet, Subaru, Indian Motorcycle, Cabela’s/Bass Pro, RealTree, USAA, and others. He has a proven track record of building relationships and promoting synergy within business, functioning as a top liaison with executives, business managers and employees. Respected as a reliable, well-rounded professional with high integrity and widely diverse business background.
